Delivery Receipts

Delivery receipts are routed to a Receiver or Transceiver bind that matches the system id, and optionally the system-type of the bind that submitted the original message.

Delivery receipts will contain the state within the shortMessage as described in appendix B of the SMPP 3.4 specification. Additionally the receipted_message_id and message_state TLVs are populated, so you may use either approach to interpret the state of the receipt.
